The Armillary Sphere is a classic statement piece for the garden. The one illustrated is made from 25mm x 6mm steel bar and is approximately 44cm (17″) in diameter and has a steel plate base. It is shown here fitted into a weathered timber base made from reclaimed railway sleepers which have been linked with forged steel staples. Armillary spheres are custom made to order and can be supplied with or without a base plate or plinth. Stone plinths are also available.
